Upon arrival, visit the iconic Kasbah and savor a delicious lunch. Continue to Skoura’s palm valley via Ouarzazate, where you’ll explore the magnificent Kasbah of Amridil. Next, venture into the Roses Valley, dotted with traditional Berber villages, and make your way to the stunning Dades Gorges through Boumalne. Engage with locals and their herds during excursions in the gorges. Spend the night in a hotel by the Dades Gorges.
After breakfast, set off for Todra Gorges, just an hour away on foot through the picturesque Tinghir Valley. Continue your journey towards Merzouga, passing through Tinjdad and Erfoud, famous for its fossilized marbles. Stop at Rissani, the ancient capital of Tafilalet, before reaching the mesmerizing dunes of Merzouga. Here, embark on a dromedary ride to your bivouac in the heart of Erg Chebbi. Enjoy a breathtaking sunset and sip mint tea as you unwind. Dinner and entertainment await you at the camp, beneath a starry sky.
Start your day with a morning departure in a 4X4 vehicle, driving through Rissani, the birthplace of the Alaouite dynasty, and the vast Bougafer mountains. Stop for lunch in N’Kob, the first village on your route. In the afternoon, take an excursion along the scenic thousand kasbahs road, which runs alongside the beautiful Draa River valley. Arrive in Ouarzazate by late evening, where dinner and overnight accommodations await you at a local hotel.
Enjoy breakfast before departing for Ouarzazate. Visit the historic Kasbah of Taourirt and explore the cinema studios in the area. Continue to the villages of Merzgane and Ighrem, where you’ll take a lunch break. Afterward, journey back to Marrakech via the Tizi-n-Tichka pass, arriving late in the evening.
